    Open source tuner

I am already tuned at 6000 ft altitude (road tune in colorado) and want to run a baseline at sea level. I also have some exp. with romraider and open ecu, so I would like to have my 06 wrx possibly re-tuned with someone close to philly.
Not that the numbers are that important, I just want to know.
