Hey Sean! It would be cool to see you. My co-driver is likely also a tentative. If that is the case, maybe we could (no homo) co-drive together.

Just finished the directions/notes/trivia questions. Looks like the weather is going to be great, the ride should be a fun 2 hours, and the beer should be flowing in New Hope. Make sure you have a few bucks for parking in New Hope.

I want to throw out a few things before the meet (and I'll go over them again at the park).

You're going to want to give the car in front of you PLENTY of room. We might be good if we leave the park at 90 second intervals. I know it's a little different, but it will be worth it. It allows you to have a little fun with your speed, look for the answers without the car in back of you seeing what you're looking at. You will have accurate directions (with distances!).

If we're all bunched up for the entire drive, as is normally the case with our meets, I don't think this one will be as fun. It's not a rally, but it's not quite a cruise. We're going to be together, but separate. There will be points where we will be traveling as a group, tho!

Please don't cut other people off. No need in involve the authorities like last time.

Don't wash your car Saturday morning cuz you'll need to do it again after the meet.

Bring a clipboard (I will have pens) if you have one.

The trivia part will end at a predetermined parking lot, where I will take your map notes and we'll cruise the rest of the route as a line of filthy cars.

Also, think of a name for your team.

I think this is gonna be a swell time.

Also, PM me if you need my cell number

Cars going to the body shop

Damn Freightliner ran into my fender when I was on a road call on Monday. Took my Subaru since it was bad snow and my service truck would never make it. $1700 for a new fender, bumper cover, and liner with corresponding labor and paint work.

The only good side is that my bumper cover was cracked from hitting a cat before. So that will get fixed.

But who knows? Maybe I'll get something awesome for my rental from the insurance to get sloppy
I work on vehicles that make 650hp and 2400ft/lbs.
