I'm pretty stoked for this, hope enough people show to make it fun. Don't let the snow scare you (if there is any). It's just frozen water.

I guess we'll make the call at 8 AM on Saturday. I ain't calling it off for flurries, tho. If it's put off, we'll need a quick vote on a rain date. IF it's put off.

Weather is looking better. They are calling 50% chance of light snow, which is the equivalent to the possible chance of afternoon thunderstorm forecast we get every day in August.

Okay, looking at the weather report I'll probably be coming. But I don't know if I'll be joining ya'll on the cruise... Sorry, don't know if that's going to happen for me yet.

Has there been a roll call yet for this? Either here or a new thread... get a good idea of who's coming?

Might be kind of a waste not going on the drive. You'd drive up to Centralia for a 1/2 hour meet in a jacked coal town but not go on the drive?

If you guys think the drive is too long, let me know!

If you're thinking of going, post up and I'll start a list.

nah, I'll be in bethlehem to start with friday night. I just don't know what kind of time I'll have on Saturday afternoon... it's only about an hour and a half out there, and a friend of mine wants to see the town and the Whaleback. So it's worth the drive for me, but then again I'm a geologist so a jacked coal town is pretty interesting
