NJ: Wildwood Condo available for rent: arcade machine, 42" flatscreen, bar

Hey guys, I haven't been around the forums much lately, as life has been a bit hectic, and I'm consumed with the joys of being a father now.

I have a small condo in Wildwood, NJ, 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk, and convention center. I rent it out in the summer, and would offer a 10% discount to responsible clubwrx members. :banana:

The unit is a 1 bedroom condo that is set up to sleep six. It features a real arcade machine that packs 60 classic arcade games such as Ms. Pacman, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Millipede, Arkanoid, Dig Dug, Space Invaders, Zaxxon, Galaga, and many others. It also has a large wall mounted 42" flat screen LCD TV with DVD/VCR.

Wireless internet for clubwrx addicts is also included.

The condo includes access to the on-site pool, and is only three blocks from the beach and convention center, as well as gas grills on the community patio. All local entertainment is within walking distance. The only reason to drive is to shoot up the Garden State Parkway to Atlantic City.

Of course, there is also plenty of local activity, as the boardwalk, amusement piers, convention center, and beach are a few block's walk.

Atlantic City is also just a short drive away.

This condo features a full kitchenette, and a roomy bedroom with a twin top bunk, queen bottom bunk, and a lower twin trundle bed. The living room is equipped with a very comfy wrap-around sectional sofa that includes a recliner and a pull out bed that sleeps two more adults.

The unit also features its own washer/dryer, so you don't have to waste precious vacation time sitting at the laundromat.

Note: I had to remove the bar to fit the wrap around sectional sofa, as the bar took too much space and wasn't practical in such a small condo. Trust me, it's a great improvement in space utilization and comfort.

Reduced price for 5/27-6/3 for ClubWRX members. $475 for the week. You won't find a better deal than this on the island. Wildwood's beaches just won "Best Beach in NJ."

6/22-28 (6 nights Sunday-Sat) available for $695 for clubWRX members. You won't find a better deal in Wildwood.

I have a group leaving Sunday morning 6/22, and another arriving Saturday afternoon 6/28, so the six nights in between are available. I'm heavily discounting the price (normally $995/week) to fill this gap.

Bump for the summer season approaching, even though it's 9 degrees out at the moment! I really need to host a Wildwood area Subaru meet, as long as we can prevent causing undue annoyance to other owners in the condo unit!

There are several community owned bar-b-que grills out on the main deck that overlook the pool that I'm dying to use.

Sorry, I don't know how I missed your reply.

Summer weeks are normally $995, but I knock that down to $895 for my Subaru friends PM me about what week(s) you have in mind this summer.

Also, I'm doing off-season weekends (ie, before Memorial Day weekend) for $150 for fellow car enthusiasts.
