    berardi's detailing in West Chester is where many of my friends and I have had had our windows done. They do great work for a good price - $225-275 for all 5 windows. Not quite berks county, but thought I would suggest them anyway.

    yeah, i don't know of any over that way, but a lot of people swear by shades of gray in philly. ryan is supposedly one of the best tinters around, and he has had multiple subies. seemed to have comparable/reasonable prices.
