I just wanted to say "Thank you" to Bill and JR (and anyone else who helped) for another great meet.

My friend in the Mazdaspeed Protoge, Kevin, also wanted me to thank you all for such a friendly welcome. He said he really enjoyed it.

I'll post pics ...when I'm not so lazy.

Well boys and girls another Victory meet is history. Thanks to all who came out and made it the most successful with the highest turnout yet. It was my pleasure to take you all on the fun run. Seeing all of those cars in the rear view mirrors made it all worthwhile.

Pics, pics and more pics (35). I have at least one pic of every car. If you want one of yours please me know. After deleting the dud pics I have 259 of at least decent ones.

Many thanks to JR’s wife (I cannot remember your name right now ) who worked my camera during the fun run.

That was a super fun day! Great job on the Meat Bill!

The fun run was awesome, and the beer was even better! It was really good to see everyone.

Sorry I wasn't able to stay at Victory. I was cooking a 10 lb pork shoulder for pulled pork sandwiches so the smoker needs attended to pretty much all day and on top of that my Dads computer keeps locking up so I was working on that.

You guys have some really nice cars. I was looking at them for a few mins after everyone went inside. I also noticed my car was the only automatic there.

Next time if the Wife isn't working we will come out for the whole days meet. I showed her the pictures and she said that looks cool and would be fun to do.

Thanks for the good time and making me feel welcome on my first meet. It's always good to drive my WRX like it's meant to be driven. I will do my best to make some more.
Special thanks to Brian for taking me around in his STi. That was something else.

    Thanks again,
Dave, (young tall guy, stock WRB 07 w/ the gold OZ's.)

I truely apologize for missing the meet, would have let you guys know in advance that my plans had changed but the club has been down quite a bit in the past couple days.

I'm sure there will be another victory run though....right?

    Thanks guys!

Thanks again for letting me tag along on this fun-run guys, even if I wasn't driving a wrex. The course selection was fantastic, and my wife & I got some pics so I'll try to get them uploaded soon. I would have continued on to Victory w/ you all, but a friend of mine was having a "drink our beer" party of his own, so needless to say I had a civic duty to attend to.

Also - much props to the organization of the drive itself....it was perfectly paced so as not to be too quick through the more residential areas, and wonderful to pour through the turns when the houses got more scarce. I've been on many fun-runs in the past, and that was a problem (too fast near residences) which created lots of problems downstream... And I'd love to get the actual route that we took so I can drive it myself a few times over again!

For those who don't know, I'm Vez's friend (Kevin) that was in the black Mazdaspeed and I was thrilled to join in on the run. Although new to the board, I'm not new to the scene & look forward to tagging along on more of these in the future.
