I've spent my share of time at Wall. The fact that they host that there is blasphemy in my book.

I had never been to one so I figured wtf and went. The whole thing is really a thinly disguised tire commercial.

Have the fixed the track where the transitions occur yet? 1st year was a joke....they couldn't go all due to bottoming out on the transition from bank to infield.

tbh..I'm over competitive drifting already. To much personality judging imho. Winner should be the one that stays glued or shakes off the competition. Bashing should be allowed.

Only 1 or 2 had a problem with transition, everyone else it seemed not to be an issue. Too bad its such a small track.

Was kinda cool seeing a Porsche drift

They will never "fix" the track so some fluff drifters can burn up tires there. It's a high bank circle track.

Setting up a car down there separates the men from the boys.

It took us a while to get it down, but we got a hold of it enough to have two modified wins in the Wall Speedway books.

Refer to the picture of the female's hind quarters...and there's your reason.

kewlness...didn't realize you ran there. I concur in that it should never be "fixed" for drifting but found it lame that they couldn't utilize the speeds these cars are cabable of. It was kewl to watch the finn/swede in the viper push his nose against the barrier, roast his tires, stop, and then watch them go "poof" up in flames as he drove away.

ps...do you ever turn right when you race?
