reflashing of the ecu in PA?

does anyone know where to get your ecu reflashed in PA? i want to get it done but i don't want to send my ecu to CA or something like that and let my car sit for so many days.

what do you mean 'get it flashed?' just buy a AP and do it yourself. If you are looking for a pro tune, you will probably have to make the 1.5hour trip to philly--straight down the turnpike, not a bad drive.
