yea the city got funded a buttload of money to try to stop street racing

I will agree 100% that street racing is dangerous BUT, why can't cities get funded a buttload of money to go stop REAL criminals, such as drug dealers, worthless gang members, murderers and such. And Newark, NJ is one city that would need that!

How can they just take a car? What country is this? Street racing is bad and should not be tolerated, but that is going way too far.

california thinks its a country of its own with nazi laws. But lets not get political or thread goes bye bye. california also came up with a law that if your car has wing or stickers on it they can pull you over even if your not doing anything wrong. The main car they pointed out was the sti.

there was threads about that law and an articel from chp(california highway patrol). But yeah, in this state its hard to have a modded car and drive without worries.

It happened after he came into office but i dont think his the one who came up with the idea. State assembly supported it heavily i guess.

No way they can just crush your car because you were street racing. Ok impound it is one thing...saying ok im gonna take your 35,000 dollar car and put it in a car crusher for street racing is ridiculous...and what if its not even yours yet your still paying for it...i call bull**** on this one...theres no way they can do that...not believing that for half a sec. What if its an old expensive muscle car like say somthing they do on overhaulin or somthing...ill fight to the death before they stick my car in a crusher...ill be suing someone
