Third Brake Light Required for PA Inspection?

Anyone know if a third brake light is required for PA inspection?

I'm ordering a spoilerless trunk lid from my dealer to put on my STi. I'm pretty sure that it'll be an RS trunk lid and I don' t think they have brake lights. Also, the STi's third brake light is on the wing.

Anyone know if it'll be illegal to not have a third brake light?

Technically you need the third brake light if the car came equiped with one. So in theory you shouldn't pass but I doubt the inspection station would even notice.

When they put on the trunk, just have them put in the rear window one, cops might notice and give you a ticket
