Worst law evarr! I think its a $75 ticket if you dont have it. Or you might get luck the first time and get a warning.

I intentionally leave one off. When I get pulled for a moving violation, they usually just give me the BS ticket for that

If you are nice to a cop, 9 times out of 10 they will give you the plate ticket instead of the moving violation ticket. Sheeit, I've accepted a seatbelt ticket when I had my seat belt on, and a bad headlamp ticket when my headlamps worked Each time I've said thank you very much, because each time I was doing something wrong.

I keep my plate of for this same reason (and my front mount likes it too!). I've gotten so many obstructed view (stuff hanging from rearview) tickets and license plate tickets because cops were nice enough not to nail me for something a lot worse. It was nice before when seatbelt tickets were'nt as bad, but now they're expensive too!

I hear ya. I'll take a no plate ticket, or a failure to make repairs ticket over a seatbelt ticket any day of the week.

Not yet. That doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but just not often

I don't care how many tickets I get, my car just doesn't look right with it anyway
