I have a Brand New, never used, never turned on, black v3 cingular razr. I'll also include a brand new, never used 64k sim card with it for free. This phone can be unlocked to work overseas or with T-mobile. You can do this by calling cingular, they send you an unlock code within a week or so. I'll post pics later this week.
