no the nab is through disk not gps. its a loadable **** that downloads to the head unit, i already downloaded it so the map and navigation is already on their..but your stock antenna is the same as mine and they hookup the exact same way the only thing that i don't know how to properly do is hook up the bluetooth. But as for the antenna, the am/fm radio antenna would hook right up to the stock wiring

if you look at the picture of the back of the unit where the green slot is..thats the antenna hookup all you do would be unplug from ur head unit and plug in the new head unit....this is a stock factory head unit from subaru..its from a limited edition thats how i bought the car brand new..its not an aftermarket head unit...i got rid of it becuz i wanted to add video like backup camera etc.

that don't make sense becuz they use the same harnesses for both head units..worse comes to worse you could buy the correct wires and just splice in and make it work...but i could have sworn that the pins were the same..by any chance do u have a pic of the back of your head unit?

Since it is OEM, we definitely could use the install instructions from the Subaru tech manual here. Anyone?

I found a pic on teh interwebs. This is what the back of a stock non navi HU looks like.

For example, see the antenna input in the lower left corner?

You may be able to install the navi in a non navi, but it is not plug & play

the antenna hookup is exactly the same and so are the other wires and pins...they are just in different spots

I think it's different as well. I know this because, the under seat sub came with two different harnesses. One for non navi cars and another for navigation equipped one.
