fs: qtech 3" downpipe with electric cut out

Like the title states. Bought this for my 04 wrx swap on my Rs. I had to put my stock downpipe on because I'm having issues with my ap v2 and am going to have to send it back to get reprogrammed. I literally just got my car back on the ground yesterday and started to drive it again. Basically this has just been on my car and I would start my car and let it idle for a while till I could finish everything then ran into the current problem.

Anyway I'm looking to go with just a regular 3" downpipe in good condition to trade (only for local people) or I will let it go for $400 Plus shipping. As you see if you buy it brand new it's $505 plus shipping. I never even hooked up the electric cut out just bolted it on so all the wires are good as new.
