    I suggest you drive it some more to get more used to your car before you go changing the fluids, but if you do then I suggest trying a regular dino fluid. If it still feels notchy to you then I suggest that is the way it's supposed to be.

    I dont see why not. If it bothers you that much then go for it. Just remember like with any fluid the RP will get notchy and stiff eventually and as I have read, it needs to be replaced more frequently than stock. 15k intervals should be fine.

    I recently tried Valvoline fluid and I get a crunching sound when shifting into first almost every time. Worse than that OEM fluid.

    Worthless dribble. The dealership SHOULD always recommend a GL-5 rated fluid, but "brand X doesn't coat the gears well enough" is a worthless comment.
