6-speed USDM STi tranny swap into MY02-03

Does anyone have any experience with this? or know some thing about the posibility of this?

Will it be a direct swap of parts (of course Tranny, shafts, mounts, differentials, axles and rotors) into the MY02-03?

I think the biggest concern was putting in the dccd. As long as you have the driveshaft/rear differential it should bolt up but what is to be done with the dccd controller? I was interested in this swap until I started adding up prices...I would also love to know more info because I think I'm hitting the point where I'll need a tranny soon.
