Upgraded Clutch or Stock Clutch with Stage 1 Cobb Tune?

Is it smarter to use a stock clutch or run an upgraded clutch? I was thinking about getting a stage 1 Exedy Clutch with an Exedy light weight flywheel. Thought I'd get suggestions before I do anything. Sticking with stage 1 from Cobb, decided not to move to stage 2 right away.
