Does it feel like little bumps in the peddle? If thats the case it goes away after 100miles or so.

I get it all the time after getting on it a little (even if I'm not shifting). Seems common with the GR's. Spongy feel, that goes away if you pump the clutch a few times?

yes it goes awayafter few minutes of drive but feel is like some old spring strche vivration but why i did not have it b4 the stage1

the clutch paddle makes that vivation (tic tic feeling to the foot when paddle is pressing from 50% to 100%) not the gears

i am going to uninstall the AP and chk if it is still there or not

I experience this "bump" feel pressing down my clutch about 14K. It's kinda wierd feeling...never had before. But it went away. It seems like engineering design 'flaw'. Hope SUBARU can fix this on their future cars...

Maybe your clutch is chattering. Do you have an aftermarket clutch?
Or beaat your car at all to possibly warp the flywheel or clutch?

my car is 2013 hatch 5100 miles and i did not beat her anyway. no modes just went stage1 for 2 days and uninstall it
i been driving stick shifts for 30 years from the age of 10 tractor to trucks
have not abused or mistakes to shifts

and also net is full of rattle whistle clutch. youtube has few videos of it

if anyone here has 2012 or 2013 please start ur car cold morning (70 dig. f)
just press clutch paddle slowly and listen if there is whining or whistle.

They all make that noise. Whether the car is brand new or plenty of miles. I think it's the OEM style pilot bearing.
After tuning back to stock, does it still pulsate?

I actually noticed what you mean earlier today driving to the mall. Never paid attention to it though but I wouldn't worry about it. Try bleeding your clutch
