What do you mean by "how is the clutch supposed to feel?" Are you asking that because you think something is wrong?

Mildly high effort... vague feel. Its what makes a Subaru (clutch) a Subaru (clutch).
welcome, follow the service schedule in your manual or on an online manual. Clutch feels like a clutch. Also your car will probably have a little trouble going into first and reverse, its a Subaru thing.
the clutch kind of feels like its on its way out but with the gear crunching its hard to explain, the biting point is quite high is that normal?
What year is your car? How many miles are on it?

Year mods and miles would be a big help here.....
