    Clutch Question

So my clutch has been slipping on my 08 wrx and every gear at this point isn't engaging. The car has a stage 2 Cobb tune wi intake/exhaust bov. Curious if there are any suggestions or links people can recommend for an upgrade to the clutch/flywheel that can handle the torque I'm getting.

    Thanks a ton.

Excedy stage one replacement and OEM replacement flywheel.. or ACT Street Light. If you want something stiffer, I like my ACT HDSS, but it's over kill for Cobb stage two. A lot of people complain about it being stiff, but like I said, I like it.

our oem clutches are only good for 280 hp i read somewhere...dont quote me on this though because i dont know if its base hp or wheel...but if it's rated at base then our cars are already at that point almost so youll need stage one.
just like mainframe recommended exedy would probably be your best bet

Clutches aren't rated by horsepower. Horsepower it torque at speed. Torque is what kills clutches.

If you're planning on more power in the future... get a beefier clutch like the ACT HDSS. If you're not planning on more power in the future... an Exedy Stage 1 would be perfect.
