Yep. I think you'll need the 06 style clutch/flywheel assembly as well though since it's a different engagement style (push style as opposed to pull style or something like that. Can't recall off the top of my head).

Ok guys. I have an 03 WRX and the trany is gone. Can a 5 speed out of an 06 WRX work on my car? Looking to just drop mine and replace wiht a new one... Do I need anything else? Thanks!!
