Need help with transmission and rear Diff

Okay guys this weekend I will be going to the tracks and I really want to change the rear diff and transmission fluid but I don't know what brand to use? Would it be okay if I go with royal purple 75-90? I know the redline stuff works awesome but I won't be able to get it in time for the weekend. And also how many quarts goes in the transmission and in the rear diff?

    >>Tranny Fluid Info and Experimenting Thread<< (Amsoil, Redline, USC, etc.)

I'm sure some senior members will come in with some suggestions, but that's probably a good place to start researching

I've been told Motul is good. So is Redline.
Then some people mix one quart of this per 2 quarts of that.
