Will stock 11-14 WRX tires fit my 10 WRX?

Hey guys, I ran a search on the forum and I couldn't come up with a definite answer. I'm not much of a fan of the stock 10 WRX rims and I was wondering if the 11-14 would fit on my 10 WRX? I know the 10 WRX tire specs are 17x7 +55, but what does the +55 mean? Please bare with me, I'm new to this stuff. From what I gathered, the 11+ WRX has a tire size of 17x8" +53. They both have the same 5x100 bolt pattern so that means the tire would fit, but would the width be a problem? Picture below, also is $600 a fair price?

    Thanks in advance fellas.

+55 / +53 is the offset of the wheel but it should fit fine on your wheel size is 225/45/17 this is only gonna be 10mm wider 235/45/17 and about 2 lbs lighter aswell!
