    Lubing sway bar brackets?

The sway bars are starting to make a lot more noise than they used to. I've had them make "cracking" noises when moving at slow pace, like pulling out of garage or parking. Lately however, the noise is pretty much constant even at regular road speeds. Used to be gone once the car was moving. I think the brackets need to be lubed up. What is best to use? I would not want to have the bushings dis-integrate due to using the wrong grease/oil. So what do you guys use?

If anything, it's the bushing that needs regreasing, not the bracket.

White Lithium grease is fine for any bushing...

OK, looks like black grease on a nice carpet.... Hmmm, can these bushings handle just about any grease or should I still go looking for the white? Also, would it make sense to take it all apart and fit grease nipples?
