    Question Tires

Looking for new tires for my 2004 WRX.
She has 17" O.Z. wheels on her. I'm considering Continental Extreme Contact DWS.
I live in the desert...on a dirt road ...and go through tires pretty quick. (everything from highway roads to rocks and snow in the mountains...dirt, mud, gravel, sand, etc... we have it all.) Anybody live out here and know what I mean?

Are you against two sets of wheels/tires?

I'm not... but my wallet is.

We just had a bad storm. Hail damage to the car, house, etc, in the middle of a home remodel. Yeah....
so just looking for one all-season set at the moment...

My friend loves the Conti Extreme DWS all seasons...swears by them. If you're looking at all seasons, you can't go wrong with these.

I have Michelin Pilot Sport A/S plus and I love them great on rain and all season tires.

I ran BFG G-Force's when I lived in TX. Stuck to the road like glue. LOVED them. Flew by more than one copper on a rainy freeway who shook his head and motioned to s-l-o-w the heck down, woman. They lasted about another month when I got here. The rocks tore them up...
I haven't tried Mich Pilots... think they could handle the gravel and dirt roads OK?
