Trying to find the torque specs when installing of SS brake lines. I need to specs that are for the banjo bolt on the caliper. I know the hard line is just tightened by hand. Trying to get the job done right!

Good find here, was it in the Service Manual?

Also, what's the liability for running hand me down SS lines?

Yes. Without a proper 10 mm crows foot line socket, not sure how you'd actually get a good reading. That's one I've always manged to do by hand.

Liability? You mean risk? Depends on how old, how many miles, etc. I'd just opt for new ones if there is any question.

I'll post some decent pics of the line in the next week. I've got a WB bung/WB gauge/Boost gauge/Brake pad/SS lines install ready to go for next week. Hopefully they're OK, look fine except for a little oxidization....minor.
