2005 LGT stock rims on a 2011+ WRX?

Hi All. I have the stock rims from my old 2005 Legacy GT wagon. Will these fit on a 2011+ WRX? I'd want to use them for winter. Thanks.

According to this_thread the '05 Legacy GT had 5X100 bolt pattern, 17x7 with +55 mm offset but i have also heard they are +53...so I'm not sure about the offset. Yes they will fit but you will have different wheel bearing loading. Stock 2011+ WRX rim is 8"wide with +53mm offset, giving you 76.1% of the load inside the hub, the legacy gt with +55mm offset would give you 80.9% load inside the hub...still safe from a bearing life standpoint. Clearance wise, you will have 10.7 mm more clearance between the wheel and suspension components.

^I think what he's trying to say...is yeah they will fit. Its been very common for different years Legacy wheels to be used as winter wheels on WRXs.

Thinner width wheels are better for snow driving anyway.

Yeah sorry, my response was very long winded.

Short and sweet, yes they will fit.
