    Tires

Whats everyone ones opinions on the best tires for an 11' Wrx daily? I like the dunlop sp sports that came on it but in the next few weeks I'll be needing a new set and wanted to see if there were any better or equal to options that might not be $230 a tire! The car is driven mostly in southeast Louisiana so I never see temps below 30 and the car gets driven pretty aggressively. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Been happy with the Conti DW . Cheap, last a while and once you get 500 miles or so on them they grip really well, dry and wet. I also noticed even though the size is correct, they seem slightly narrow on the rim. My next set I will go one size wider then normal

Cooper Zeon RS3-S.. looks like a good choice IMO. My stock tires only have 7K on them. I will
consider this tire for my next set. Reviews look good, and price looks better. Anyone here running
    them yet?

    Yes.

Compared to the Hankook V12 Evos that were on previously, the Coopers can take turns as fast / faster with 20mm less contact patch (225s vs 245s). I got mine for $500 shipped last fall. For a budget tire, these usually get my recommendation.

    Michelin Pilot Super Sports

    $163 / tire before the $70 rebate. Michelin $70 MasterCard® Reward Card*

I have been running them for about 7k miles and love them.

I don't like to spend a lot on street tires because, for the most part, the major brands perform well enough for sane street driving. I have just about worn out a set of Kumho SPTs, and am looking at Sumitomo HTRZ IIIs to replace them because they are cheaper. Otherwise I'd get the Kumhos again because they were fine on the street.

Shop at Tire Rack to see almost everything.
