Go for whiteline. I installed some lowering springs got my alignment and still I felt there is something missing. So I went ahead and got whiteline front and rear sway bar. Very happy with the results.

No question, Whiteline. STI swaybars aren't much of an upgrade over the WRX. Worth it if done on the cheap and you're REALLY on a budget, but if you can go aftermarket, do so.
Oh and upgrade your endlinks while you're there.
