16 inch Subaru RS wheels on Scion TC

So, since my wife drives 120 round trip every day for work I was thinking about letting her use my wrx winter wheels and tires this winter...I am pretty sure I saw somewhere that someone put scion tc wheels on their wrx....so am I correct to assume that my 16 inch subaru rs wheels should fit on her TC?

There are at several "RS" wheels available though. They all are 5X100, but their offset can differ by -- I think -- as much as 2 mm (reaching a max of I think +53mm, but DON'T believe me, CHECK all this out). Also, their width can differ. Some are 6.5" wide, others -- the older RS wheels -- are 7" wide.

Figure two older 7" RS wheels and two newer 6.5" RS wheels, minimum. So, find out what you're actually getting and what it actually measures first. The differences might be enough to cause an issue, I don't know.

Well I have the rs wheels that fit on my 06 wrx...if that helps.

She has a good pair of all seasons tires. She will most likely be fine.

The tigerpaws are decent in the snow. Thats what is on my wifes Legacy so I think she will be fine.

All the RS wheels (four or more variants as far as I know) will fit your 06 WRX. However, luckily this is an empirical question. You'll be able to find out by the weekend I imagine; let us know the results.
