Advice on awesome deal on wheels please..

So I found some Motegi Racing FF6 18" rims for $75...its a heck of a deal for 18" rims(~$18/rim!). However my 2 concerns are


1.) I've heard the weight of these is extreme(Research varies from 19-22lbs)..yet in my research so is the stock 2012 wrx rim so it shouldnt really be a difference..If its true. Can anyone confirm these specs?


and 2.) I've read that the offset is +42 and stock WRX is +53...can you tell me what kind of negative impact that will have on my car? And does anyone know if these offsets are right?

Any help before Saturday is greatly appreciated..
