Suspension issue with 07 wrx and need some help

Need some help diagnosing a suspension problem. My 07 wrx wagon seems to have a clunking sound at lower speeds(40mph and below). More so in the front but rear as well. All stock suspension components and the car has 50k on it. I searched these forums and the interwebs extensively for answers and only seem to come up with bad end links. So I replaced them with kartboys(front only) and torqued them down as recommended. But that didn't solve the problem. I looked at the top hat bolts and they are tight. I checked the large bolt at the top of the shock, and that was tight. I have been under the car looking for any signs of leaks from the shocks, torn steering/suspension components but all looks good. I even put a shot of white lithium grease on all the bushings. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. Clunking sound worst when its colder out. I don't want to start throwing parts at this so wondering if anyone here had a similar issue and found a fix? Thanks in advance.

Okay I think I might of found the problem. With the wheels turned, I pushed the front of the car down and can hear the clunk/pop sound at the tophat on the passenger side. If I put my hand on the tophat/strut bolt I can feel it. Guessing it could be a bad tophat or strut. This spring I'm going to replace the springs/struts/tophats so this should solve this issue. Car only has 52k miles so surprised the shock or tophat is going bad.

Hit the large bolt at the top with an impact gun... that'll take care of it.
