I believe you when you say that guy knows his ****, and plays with his ****. But unfortunatly my location messes me up again, there's only 2 in my size left in my region.

I've pretty much narrowed it down to 2 tires.
Falken fk-452
Bridgestone potenza re760 sport

The potenza's are only $30 more, so price isn't a factor in my decision between the 2. I've heard the Falken would grip more, but are louder and don't last as long.
Anyone have exprience with the potenza's?

Also, When driving highway speeds (80 plus really so depends on highway) in a straight line the car wiggles. Not sure how to describe it other than that but the car literally just seems to wiggle back and forth. I know its tire related as it doesn't do it with my winters or my old tires. Not sure what would cause this, and it isn't dramatic enough to be dangerous but it is slightly annoying.

I had this happen when fitting quite large S-O3s (at the time considered among the cream of the crop) in the rear of one of my cars. Seemed related to the S-O3 and maybe it was initially. However the dampers were wearing out. It could be sticky rubber + suspension, not just sticky rubber.

That very well could be the case. The car does have 120k miles on it

Thinking more, worn dampers make the car over sprung. So yours could be fine, but if the car is oversprung anyway, you might get that effect. Don't know. Just a guess.

Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec. They took top spot in the C&D test below. Their real world wet performance could be a bit better.

What other summer tires have you driven that you can compare them to? They never rank that high in any tests...

The Michelin Pilot Super Sports are calling to me. I know they will not make a great autox tire, but are stellar on a track and are a better everyday tire. They are Consumer Reports top pick by a relatively wide margin. Tire Rack customer ratings also give them the edge as well.
