03 wrx Front tire side wear, have questions, need answers.

I just put 4 new Continental Extreme Contact DWS last week.

Positive first:
Good tires for every day use, quiet and comfortable.

Negative:

After a week i'm noticing front tire wear from inside and outside, i'ts hardly visible, but i want to be shure everything fine.

205 55 ZR16
PSI front 32 (Factory recomendation)
PSI rear 30 (Factory recomendation)

Had alignment done 4 month ago

Also i have 4 Tokico adjustable shoks on stock springs.

Questions:
1. What tire presure make my tires wear evenly ?
2. How the stifnees/softness of the springs/shocks affect tire wear. I mean if i make front and rear the same, or front soft rear stiff, or other way.

I don't know how to do alignment myself yet, so just tell me what my best bet.
I don't track, just spirited driving once in a while.

up your pressures to 36-38, the wear your seeing is from low pressures
