Prodrive P1s getting powdered/painted for free

2 1/2 yrs ago I got my wheels repainted, but the place uses crappy material so it was flaking. I found out they offer a lifetime warranty, and though originally denied I *****ed at the owner ( Yes, I'm that customer) and had him say he would redo them for me. What color should I get? He can powder coat them in ordinary colors (silver, black, gray, white, etc. They also have a few exotic colors like green and blue) but if I want them repainted in anthracite (or done in gold) they'd have to be repainted, which means they might end up chipping again.

Also there is the matter of my anthracite center caps not matching. Prodrive made P1s and gold and silver as well but they are discontinued wheels so I may not be able to get new center caps.

These wheels may be given to Speedette down the road, so pick something that will work for a WRB WRX too.

What color should I get guys?

Black, bronze, and white are no options to me.

So torn!!! Anthracite is my most favorite wheel color ever! But I know you kind of want something different. Powdercoating might also be the way to go since it will last longer this time around, especially with surviving the Virginia winters and curbs.

I'm a BIG fan of the silver w/ flakes powdercoating. Strangely the gold is growing on me. Tough choice!!!

You're telling me the shop can't powdercoat a dark gray?

Time to find a new powdercoater.

So I vote for anthracite, powdercoated. Trade wheels?
