something you can use if you want flat black is plasti-dip
before i started driving my subi i was rolling in a dodge ram. and over at dodgeforum.com everyone uses plasti dip. no primer or sanding needed and it feels like flat black paint.. best part is with a little rubbing alcohol you can take it right off!

    Here's a non-direct shot of painted '02 stockers...

Just wanna give ideas to people going my route/close to my route of black-out. Save yourself a lot of money that you can use towards getting more TiC/Kartboy/Whiteline bushings for our horrible stock suspension

    Thumbs up 06 Stockers

Just started the project the other day. Contrary to some suggestion, I went with Plasti-Dip as kind of a "trial run" since it doesn't require sanding and it comes off. Wasn't sure that I would like the matte black color I was planning on but now that I have it on, I love it so if the plasti-dip ever messes up, I believe I'll go ahead and paint them.

Anyways, here are some pictures of the project. Wasn't sure if I was supposed to post in this thread or not but here goes.
