    Question

has anyone had tires changed on the machine afterwards? does this take the paint off?

a good tire machine, with an experienced operator, will almost never touch the wheel. At least, that's been my experience.

that actually looked really good, how long does it last looking like that, and when it does fade is it easy to just touch up or redo?

I'm about to do this tomorrow morning... My car is currently up on jack stands and I have all of the paint. Only difference is I'll be using grey primer after sanding and then paint the two coats of paint and two coats of clear coat. I'll post pics up whenever theyre done

these are how mine turned out... the pics make them look a bit more bronze than they are... I originally didnt like them that much since i thought they were too dark but now they have grown on me. I used all rustoleam stuff. Two coats of grey primer, two coats of gold rush metal paint, and 4 coats of clear coat on the back of the wheels with 5 coats on the front.

Nice work y'all. I'm still torn between painting or powder coating the stockers.

    the

the best way to not paint your tires is put a bunch of playing card in between the rim and tire thats the best way to do it or take off the tire
