That's it!
Bang up job!! Doing mine this coming Sunday (Helix 22mm w/ endlinks) w/ a friend. Good to have some reference pics, even though my friend (ex-mechanic) doesn't seem to think there's anything to it. Hope he's right![]()

WOW...!!!! nice job, some one should make these PHOTO Tutorials into a PDF file... this info is great.
i got a question i did mine the other week and i hear clinking noise, when i hit pot holes at
idle speed just rolling i am wondering if i have to tighten the links even more??
how is the difference in handling, .... noticable?
"Mike, stop spending money on your car.."
this seem to be a common thing. based on what I've read before, you have to move the swaybar stiffness to the middle position. i am using the hardest position with no problems - so I'm not sure what the difference is.

this is a great thread, thanks for the tutorial....what tires are those...quite the sick tread design
thank you. the tires are Hankook K106. They just came out when I got mine. apparently, a lot of the MINI-C guys use these tires.

I just did this tonight with the Perrin Sway and Endlinks. There are a few things that probably should be added.
With my kit, the down bracket to chassis bolts that you must use actually needed a 13mm socket head, which I don't think is mentioned in the install guide. So I would recommend have a 12mm ratcheting to remove the stock brackets and a 13mm racheting wrench to put in the new brackets. The passenger side brackets are in a PITA position.
Everything went great with the no problems, wierd noises are anything else.
HOORAY!!!
any squeaks? is oversteer that noticeable? how about body roll? I am installing mine this weekend.
