Supposedly the body shop said my car will be done on the 15th so I will do my spring install and have someone take pictures and do a write up. Do you want me to make a new thread and PM it to you with the pics or do you just want me to PM you the link so you can stick it?

If you go to the suspension tutorial thread, the very top one is a spring install with pictures. It is alright, Id put more pics in, and that is a wagon, just a little different than a sedan.

Wagons are slightly different than the sedans, so if you do a DIY with pics, just pm me the link, I'll check it out, and stick it if it looks beneficial.

Jeez, I might as well be a supporting member

I have lowered many many many cars so I will try and put everything down exactly how I do it. Go ahead and buy your springs, it is easy enough.

Here is the thing tho, I am going to be using a spring compressor but I will talk you thru how to do it without using one.

    Crap

Well I guess we will be postponed a week on the install. The car won't be ready til at least Monday, as of right now it is still sitting in primer.

Yea so I guess if you rent one from autozone it would pretty much be the same as what I will do. I have a huge one mounted on a brick wall so, pretty much the same as the rental ones.
