    Hi just wondering if anyone can help me with a picture tutorial on how to change all 4 springs over from stock to lower please for my 2001 subaru wrx

    just look up on youtube but its easy to do just make sure you have a torque wrench because the bolts are hard to get off by hand.

    If the nuts and bolts are rusty be ready for battle. You need a torque wrench buy that is to put the bolts back on. You need a breaker bar, cheater pipe, PB Blaster and a very big friend with lots of muscles to get the bolts off. Break the nut free from the bolt first and remove it then work on the bolt. If you don't then the bolt could very easily get mangled up and you will need new ones.

    Are you just changing the springs? If the shocks are stock they are most likely needing replacement.
