05 STi Suspension

I currently have a 2005 STi with Tanabe GF 210 springs but the ride is a little rough for a daily driver. So my question is what suspension would give me a softer ride with similar performce.

hhmm well man have you driven the vehicle with the stock setup? I had an 05 STi with GF210s and the GF210s felt better to me than the stock did... Plus they out performed the stock, so I stuck with em

No i havent driven the car with the stock suspension. However i do hear a noise from the rear that sounds like a knock when driving at low speeds. Any idea what may be causing this noise?

upper strut hat may not be properly installed or a bushing may be bad in the strut hat.

Also could be your exhaust knocking on the body of the car if a hanger is bad or off. or aftermarked and not properly installed.
