Need some help with my turbo.
Got a VF34 from my WRX, just put a new one in, and got the old one out. Te old one was still working ok when i swapped it.
I pored some oil in it, and left it on the floor sitting on the exhaust side and some oil started to drip out from the turbine prop.
I've made some images with the shaft play, don't really know what's the acceptable play it can have and still be good.
Would you guys sell the VF34 as a good one? Maybe there's some factory tolerances that i can measure and determine if the cartridge is still good?
Maybe the seals are leaking because i did the test cold? (Maye when it's hot it seals better?)
