NEED HELP!!! CAR WONT SHIFT INTO PARK OR NEUTRAL

I have an 04 wrx automatic. My shifter won't go past neutral meaning it's stuck in gear and won't go into neutral or park. It will move into gear but not out. The transmission is free and it is not the transmission cable. The actually shifter will not move. Any thoughts? And do you know where I can buy one?

Is the car off? If so turn the key to on and with your foot on the brake try and put it in nuetral.

The shifting mount with the shifter and cable is out of the car. Still won't shift or move into neutral or park.
