damn gus, i guess everyone has to go through the referee phase at least once.

Anyhow, I found an universal 3" pipe with subaru MAF sensor attached. it's chrome finish, made with plastic, and it's only 15 bucks. I bought it and replaced my metal one with misalligned maf sensor bung

I dont' know what would be more fun, the jeep or the wagon I see a lot of opportunities to practice dirt slides, but that drop off worries me

how many miles is that trail? got a google map?

i forgot to tach it. there are quite a few trails that branch in every direction.

yeah that was about as fast as i wanted to go given the surroundings.

silverado canyon road is the one you take, it becomes a dirt trail and heads on up. really hard to see anything on google since the trail is not mapped. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...=12&iwloc=addr

by the time my snail spooled up, we were even and his little red convertible got smaller & smaller in my passenger rear view mirror. By the time i was ahead of his hood, it was about 110

I slowed, let him catch up & did it again just for good measure. I recieved a few profanities and finger salutes, but it was all good and worth it.
