    it's always a 2-fold deal

    - one program usually needs to "decode" the copy protection
    - one program does the copying & "backing up"

    are you using mac or PC?

    mac = MacTheRipper & Toast
    PC = AnyDVD & CloneDVD SLYSOFT Products

    The slysoft allows a 30 day demo, so download & install both of the above, use for 30days, then pay for it if it's worth your while.

    Or just use DVDDecrypter for both steps. I think it's called ImgBurn now.

    I've tried MANY programs, and I've had the best luck with the slysoft products. Everything from indie films to major blockbusters (even lucas films)

    i have a slysoft one that runs in the background. i forgot what its called. but it allows you to use dvd shrink and stuff without worrying about all that copyright protection crap. either way, if these companies come out with better copyright protection stuff, there is always a person or company that will come up with something to get around it.

    so hows that socalF4.com V2.0 coming along?
