    Yeah it is kinda hard not in that car. I think 80 is my new 70. When evr I think I am cruising I will look and see I have been doing 80-85. So long as it is not 20mph or over insurance won't go up that much.



    Regarding the rolling check piont. It is completely voluntary. An officer picks out cars by random but at that point you can refuse to participate with oput saying so much as why. If you do participate and don't pass the emissions for some reasons there is no penalty and they can't penalize you.
