Maybe you can borrow the O ring from one of Jason's old injectors and then just replace it later. Might work, glad you found the leak.

I think the AVO new wastegate actuators (WA) are pretty expensive uprwards of $250. Deadbolt sells the WA for ~$160 for the TD05 serries.

that's the ones I was talking about...their website is boostplanet.com

as for using Jason's O-rings...I'd still have to get a borrow a car to get out there, and if I'm going to borrow a car, there HAS to be someplace I can just drive to and buy one.

No it is not. I was just using the td05 price as a refference. Meaning it might be lower than that price or at the most the same price as td05.
Deadbolt <- click otherwise known as boost planet.

    found O-rings @ Van Nuys Subaru...$9 each.

as for the WG actuators, I think he was just saying that Deadbolt/boostplanet sells them.

I believe I saw the 15 PSI IHI actuator for $139(?) on there when I did a search earlier today.

I'd ask Dan if you should get the 7 PSI or 15 PSI...my guess is 7.

i thought the ihi wastegates are not replaceable since they are welded on. try talking to PE since their 1818 and 1820 are ihi based turbos and have upgraded wastegate actuators

sorry man I searched and couldn't find anything. The AVO is only for stock turbo. Best bet is to contact deadbolt via email deadbolt@aol.com, and, deadboltenterprises@charter.net They said they are having difficulties with communications so email both address'.

hey jason. i can check your turbo for you. try adding some pressure to the wastegate actuator to see if it moves. im guessing that you are boosting pretty high since the wastegate doesnt open or something. im going to mess around with my stock turbo wastegate to see if i can figure out what you can do to check it
