I can probably fit my modlist on a post-it note.

Hey guys so I got back from the dealer and the grease that was leaking was from the axle boot got it cleaned up and replaced. The major problem I have is a clicking noise that sounds rotational while I drive over 15 mph. The mechanic checked the differential and while changing the lube he found metal chunks, I saw and doesn't look good. It drives fine for right now and should hold up for a while, but I need a new differential can anybody recomend or help me find some performance after market kind or a good condition used one. Thanks.

i thought that finding some teeth in the diff was normal. i had a few teeth and shavings when i changed mine. and when i searched on clubwrx and nasioc. people were saying that its normal. i dont think you need to buy one just yet. when its starts acting up and grinding and making whirrrrrrr sounds. then that would be the time

What about that damn rotational clicking? Since the gear oil is changed it seems to be louder. And how can finding teeth and metal shavings be at all Normal , wouldn't it be more common than normal, still not be a good thing.

finding shavings and stuff should be normal, think of just normal wear and tear, as for finding whole teeth that shouldnt be that normal. and the clicking is coming from the rear differental?
