ya boone to asheville is a pretty sweet area. Tons of subies and lots of good driving roads. I'm from across the border to the south but I visit Asheville often.

I used to visit Boone all the time when I dated a few girls at ASU. Dating life stopped when I got married, so I don't get up that way too often any more. Nice area and not as hippie-ish as Asheville.

Went up to Asheville this last weekend to get some R&R with the wife and took her Civic because she wanted to drive (she doesn't drive manual...yet).

There were so many Subaru cars around that area. Went out to eat at Gen Shan Station, which was fantastic I might add, and there were 2 WRXs parked there. I'm curious if it's the weather, or the less conservative (I'm being nice here) nature of the area?

Asheville here... Black premium 2013 hatchback. Moved here in March. Blonde haired chick. Constantly see a white hatch to and from work. Hope to connect with some people out here soon. Lot of legacys in these parts.

Great roads up that way. I was in that area (downtown Asheville/Blue Ridge pkwy) this past May and saw Outbacks and Legacy's galore. I love the community in these parts getting waved at everytime I pass a REX never gets old.
