    If you fiddle with iridium plugs you're likely to ruin them.

    Wow....I feel like i just read a middle school text message conversation. By the way for future reference, NGK specifically states NOT to try and gap their iridium plugs and to leave them just as they come

    Exactly. They come pregapped based on part number. You should not mess with them at all or you could ruin the tip.
